CHERUB was founded by Charles Henderson and was designed to teach kids to be intelligence agents. Henderson thought that kids could get more information than adults could if they posed as ordinary kids so he created CHERUB, in order to teach orphaned children from Great Britain and some other foreign countries such as Australia New Zealand, the Mediterranean countries, the USA, France and Germany, so that they learn to be spies and help to bring down some of the world’s most elusive and dangerous criminals.
The year is 2012 and CHERUB expanded its recruitment requirements so that disabled kids were able to join CHERUB. This happened four years ago and since then, only a small number of disabled kids became agents due to the high probability that they would die on missions. When doing missions or training, they are always accompanied by an able-bodied agent. So far, CHERUB have succeeded in training disabled kids to become intelligence agents and its first success of that was when a mute boy name Jerry Anderson successfully completed a mission with fellow agents, Teresa O’Connell and Thomas Whiteheart in September 2009. Since then, CHERUB has recruited more kids with disabilities (mostly mute and deaf kids).
The criminal underworld has always been dangerous, both for the people inside and outside it. People are always getting killed and being replaced with new people, that’s how the criminal underworld has always worked and always will. Recently, the major underworld criminals of the world: Japan, China, the USA, the Arab-Israeli countries and England, formed a pact to join arms and decided to turn the world into chaos. The police departments and intelligence agencies of these countries have been unsuccessful in tracking down the ring leaders. This is where CHERUB is needed. A large quantity of agents must be sent in to gain information. Little do they know that they just entered the fight for their lives....
